The Kneel Bag has been developed with carers and moving and handling advisers to aid positioning and give comfort for carers whilst working with children or adults on the floor.
To get maximum support and cushioning from the Kneel Bag, the carer should squat in the centre of the bag so that the beans push up underneath the bottom to form a seat.
The knees should have adequate cushioning so they are protected against the hard floor, but not so the carer feels too high or too far away from the client.
The Kneel Bag has an inner lining, washable outer woven cotton cover and contains fire retardant beans.
